Nicola Foster (she/her) is an advocate for the power of intimacy — in the bedroom and out. In her Real Relating courses and workshops she brings together her experience as a therapist, her commitment to building trust and safety with her passion for growth, expansion and sensory pleasure.

One of her favourite aspects of her work is supporting new and long-term couples to discover how they can overcome intimacy issues and then build or deepen intimacy and trust with each other.

Nicola is a guest speaker on podcasts about conscious sex, love worth making, midlife sex life and desire in long term relationships.
