I have been coaching fitness and nutrition to both groups and individuals for the past 4 years. Now it is time to take my fitness and coaching education to the next level. I will be documenting my journey as I aim to become a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (Certified CrossFit Trainer - CCFT).
I will be sharing with you step by step as to how I become a CCFT. I will share weekly videos summarizing what I have learned from the CCFT Study Guide.
This channel is for those who are looking to become a better fitness coach, health coach, or nutrition coach. It is also for those who simply want to learn more about health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness overall.
I will also be sharing summarized versions of educational books. I am taking on the 52 Book Challenge. This challenge is one in which the goal is to average reading one book per week for a full year. I will be uploading these videos monthly.
